At Birdwell Beach Britches, we stand behind our quality and want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at our Santa Ana facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
